“I’ve been here for a couple years. Genuinely friendly neighbors and it’s peaceful. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request they are here fast. They never act like it’s an inconvenience and have typically done more than I asked in the first place. Staff is great. Levi came out today and got everything taken care of in a thorough and professional manner. Best apartment complex I’ve lived in.”

“Three formative years for my young family were spent here in this complex. It's been great! If you live on the third floor, I highly recommend installing blackout curtains for the vaulted ceiling windows. It has saved us hundreds in utility bills during the summer months!”

“Andy and Levi are the best maintenance men ever! They’re efficient, effective, and most importantly very good and amiable people.”
